Our Safeguarding Commitments

All staff, family members, and trusted contractors working under Lawson Property & Sons are required to conduct themselves professionally, respectfully, and lawfully at all times.
Where relevant, we ensure that background checks (DBS) are undertaken for staff or contractors working in environments involving children, schools, or vulnerable adults.
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to any form of abuse, harassment, discrimination, or exploitation.
Any safeguarding concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly in line with UK safeguarding guidance.
Our team members are expected to report any concerns about the safety or wellbeing of a client, colleague, or member of the public to management immediately.
